Renmac is made with apricot kernels. It is a premix suitable for all baked lines, including macaroon biscuits, frangipane, danish pastry filling, and congress tarts. Renmac Macpaste can be spread on to danish dough, blended into batters and used on its own to make petit fours.
Available in 12.5kg pails.
