Renshaw White Flower & Modelling Paste is perfect for detailed models and flowers. It can also be used with cutters, moulds, embossers, and formers. It sets firmly, allowing you to handle small components, giving amazing results where both fine detail and structure are required. Available in 1kg & 250g.

Product Use
KNEAD: Knead icing on a clean, dry surface until smooth and pliable.
ROLL: Lightly dust surface (or mould) with cornflour and roll the icing to the desired thickness.
Leave at room temperature to set firm for at least 24 hours.
Top Tips
Use a little at a time and always keep unused icing covered as the icing will set quickly.
Mix 50/50 with Renshaw Extra Fondant Icing to create a modelling paste that stays pliable for longer with a softer set.
If making flowers, use vegetable fat rather than cornflour to roll extra thin.
If making a free-standing model or structure, flip over halfway through drying to ensure it has dried throughout.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. For any left over icing, peel and reseal using the label on the back of the pack, and pop into a sealable bag for next time, or be creative and cut into shapes/ use in moulds.
