If it’s a show-stopping selection of spice week inspired bakes you’re after, then you have come to the right place. No matter if you are new to baking or the Paul Hollywood of your kitchen, we have a bake for you!

Don’t forget there is still time to enter into our Battle Of The Bakes competition for the chance of winning amazing prizes such as a trip to Cadbury World, tickets and an overnight stay for this year’s Cake International in Birmingham, and a hamper full of Renshaw goodies.

Brilliant Bundt Cakes

For a delicious classic spiced bake, look no further than these yummy bundt cakes. A fantastic option for Halloween our Pumpkin Bundt Cake features a white chocolate drip, which can be topped with your favourite sprinkles, and is a great choice for getting the kids involved. Or alternatively opt for a festive take on the bake, trying out our Mulled Wine Fruit version made using our Original Marzipan and sweet seasonal fruit. Yum!

✨Top Tip – Ensure all cake ingredients are at room temperature before baking your cake, this allows the ingredients to mix better together .

Mary Berry’s Orange Spice Cake

Feel like you’re in the tent yourself, by trying out Mary Berry’s fantastic Spice Cake, with a yummy orange filling. A great choice for the beginner baker, this cake would be ideal for a Christmas party or would make the perfect companion to your cup of tea in Autumn. For a chocolate version, mix your orange pulp in with our Chocolate Flavoured Frosting and get piping!

✨Top Tip – For precise cake decorating, use a cookie cutter and sprinkle icing sugar over top, or use a lace doily to achieve an intricately detailed pattern in seconds.

The Classic Vanilla Cupcake

Not one for spiced cakes? Do not fear! Try out our simple Vanilla Cupcake Recipe, perfect for a rainy day activity with the kids, or a great bake for parties. Give an added splash of colour using your favourite Rainbow Dust Powder Colour mixed in with your frosting, and decorate away! For a two-toned swirled frosting effect, place two frosting colours in separate piping bags and then place both in one piping bag. Have Fun!

✨Top Tip – Replace butter with avocado for a healthier version of your favourite bakes!

Ginger Cakes and Biscuits

A signature spiced treat, our ginger biscuits recipe is perfect for the novice baker and can be decorated using Ready to Roll Fondant or Royal Icing. Or if you’re feeling confident, why not try out our winter warming yummy sweet Ginger Cake! Topping it with Renshaw’s Simply Create Caramel Pour Over Icing for a sticky pudding finish served with a generous helping of custard.

✨Top Tip – When making biscuits grate in your butter to ensure a smooth even distribution through the mixture.

Scrumptious Spiced Ice-cream and Chocolate Fruit Cake

Essentially Christmas in a cake, our Chocolate Fruit Cake including hazelnuts, cranberries and of course mixed spice is sure to become a family favourite. For the ultimate spice sensation, top this cake with BBC Good Food’s Cinnamon Ice-Cream. You’re welcome!

✨Top Tip – Coat your dried fruit in flour before adding to your cake mixture, to prevent them from sinking to the bottom of your batter.
