Running from Friday 4th to Sunday 6th April, The Cake and Bake Show Manchester promises to be an celebration of all things baking, with classes on baking with chocolate to perfect patisserie, not to mention a jungle themed sugar craft installation plus star turns from Mich Turner and Frances Quinn (last year’s GBBO winner) and baking book signings and live competitions galore.
At Renshaw, we’re dedicating the weekend to all things sugar paste and marzipan, selling a selection of our white and coloured Ready to Roll Icings with on stand offers, and we’ll also be introducing our new range of Spring coloured ready to roll icing, including a vibrant tropical coral and luscious raspberry pink!

For more in-depth sugar craft expertise, stop by the Renshaw Modelling Magic workshop, where the lovely Claire Bailey from our applications team will be teaching you craft immaculate models from marzipan and ready to roll icing. A host of Renshaw favourite’s will also be making an appearance, not to mention the local legends Slattery’s making a star turn with their own unique modelling techniques.
As Renshaw will be showcasing the best sugar crafting skill in the business at the Modelling Magic Workshop, with the best in cake decorating on hand to demonstrate the latest sugar craft skills for your education and entertainment, we’re are giving away a Year’s Supply of Ready to Roll Icing to one lucky baker to celebrate, keeping you fully stocked in fondant icing over the coming 12 months!
