Fondant Nail Polish Bites

Know someone who loves sweet treats and make up? Give them both with these cute little nail polish marshmallow fondant “nail polish” bites!

Decorating ingredients

  • 12 marshmallows
  • 1 pack pink fondant icing
  • 4 Cadbury Chocolate Flakes
  • 250 g Renshaw Ready to Roll White Icing

Instructions

Step 1

Place 12 marshmallows in an ice cube tray and freeze until firm, about 1 hour.

Step 2

Roll our your white icing and use a flower cutter to cut out flowers for decoration. Roll small balls of icing for the centre of the flower and attach with water or edible glue. Leave these to set slightly. You can add edible dust to these for more colour.

Step 3

Melt fondant icing in pan until thick and runny.

Step 4

Using a spoon, drop a marshmallow in the fondant icing. Lift out and set on a plate to cool. Repeat with remaining marshmallows.

Step 5

When almost completely cool but not quite set, gently push flake in to top and sick on flower. Place in fridge to firm completely.
