Running from Friday 8th to Sunday 10th November, Cake International Birmingham promises to be an extravaganza for all things cake decorating, with classes on cupcake toppers to chocolate modelling, star turns from Mich Turner and Mary Berry plus competition classes open to all skill levels covering everything from novelty cakes to wedding cakes
