Renshaw Marzipan is ideal for covering cakes and modelling. It can be used with a variety of cutters & moulds, and is easily coloured or flavoured.

Knead until pliable, and mould or roll out on a surface lightly dusted with icing sugar to the desired thickness. Use product at room temperature.
How to cover a cake:
- Knead marzipan until pliable. Roll out to a thickness of approx. 5mm (1/4 inch) on a surface lightly dusted with icing sugar
- Brush cake with cool boiled, sieved apricot jam, and cover the cake with marzipan
- Gently smooth the top and sides of the cake, trimming any excess with a knife.

Store in a cool, dry place. Do not refrigerate or freeze. Once opened, wrap marzipan in cling film, and place inside an air tight container to prevent drying out.
