We have two Macpastes in our range. Macaroona Macpaste is made with almonds, and Renmac made with apricot kernels. A premix suitable for all baked lines, including macaroon biscuits, frangipane, danish pastry filling, and congress tarts.
Macaroona can be spread on to danish dough, blended into batters and on its own to make petit fours.
Available in 12.5kg pails.
