Renshaw BLENDesi Mallow is an albumen based marshmallow used in the manufacture of filling creams.
It creates a light open texture to the finished product, is brilliant white in colour and will beat up to 5 times its own volume.
Use a butter cream extender, mallow teacake or as a topping for lemon meringue.
Only available to buy in 12.kg pails.
- Blendesi can easily be flavoured or coloured; always ensure the use of a suitable food colouring or flavour.
- Blendesi is perfect for extending butter-cream and aerated fillings, for anything with a marshmallow centre and meringue toppings.
- Once opened, Blendesi material should not be exposed to air for prolonged periods, material should be used in its entirety.
