International Cat Day 2018

With International Cat Day being Wednesday the 8th of August we thought we would celebrate by sharing some meow-valous cake designs and some inspiration for you to have a go at creating your own cat-themed designs!
Molly’s Creative Cakes
First of all, check out this pawsitively good cat cake design from Extreme Cake Maker Molly Robbins! This fabulous design was made on Extreme Cake Makers by Molly for Burnley Cats Protection ?
We’re loving this sculpted design below, also by Molly, which was created on stage at Cake International 2017 using some of our new Renshaw products including our Renshaw Extra!

Zoes Fancy Cakes
Inspired by Chloe from The Secret Life of Pets, check out this feline cake design from YouTube sensation Zoe’s Fancy Cakes, and you can follow the video tutorial to create it at home yourself!
If you’re a fan of the famous Pusheen cat design, then these Pusheen cupcakes could be the perfect International Cat Day project. Just look at the adorable doughnut details 🙂

Emma Jayne Cake Design
Not forgetting Cake International Artist of the Year 2017, Emma Jayne from Emma Jayne Cake Design, check out this creepily good design which was created using Renshaw and Rainbow Dust Colours for The Caketastics collaboration!
