Our monthly ‘What’s Happening?’ update gives you a snapshot of trends across the UK and US markets, from food and drinks to homeware, fashion and beauty. Reviewing developing trends is a key part of our product development, communications and applications support.

BIG TRENDS SURVEY
Each year we take the temperature of the nation’s kitchens in our Big Trends Survey, reflecting on everything from favourite bakes, occasions and flavours, to household information and trends for the following year. We regularly receive around 5000 entries for each Big Trends Survey, and the data we receive is invaluable for reacting to and creating baking and cake decorating trends, and for developing new products that meet the needs of consumers.
