It’s that time again. Grab your rolling pins and mixing bowls and get ready for another bake off!

For our fourth challenge in the Great Renshaw Bake Off, we want you to wow us with your decorating skills, specifically using Renshaw Ready to Roll Icing to create some garden-inspired biscuits.

Our celebrity judge this week is none other than Mich Turner of the Little Venice Cake Company. An internationally renowned expert on everything cakey and bakey, Mich’s skills at cake decorating are unparalleled. A household name thanks to her bestselling books and countless TV appearances, including her own series Couture Cakes, Mich has even been awarded an MBE!

Mich will be judging your skill at decorating biscuits using Ready to Roll Icing.

The theme is ‘garden’ so get as creative as you like within that brief.

Because we’re a helpful bunch we’ve put together another baking guide to give you some inspiration and hints. It will walk you through making some daffodil biscuit pops so you can get to grips with the essential techniques.

You can download the PDF here.

Remember we’ll be keeping a close eye on the following:

  • Theme Appropriateness
  • Skill
  • Creativity
  • Finish
