FREE standard postage and packaging on orders over £15*

£3 postage and packaging on orders under £15*

All prices quoted include VAT.

All timescales quoted should be used as a guide only as we do not currently offer any guaranteed delivery methods.

Total consignment weight is calculated on the weight of the products and packaging.

When complete orders are in stock we aim to dispatch within 24 hours of receipt of order and payment (excluding Friday, Saturday and Sunday).

Unfortunately once we have dispatched your order we cannot change the delivery address or any order details.

We do not dispatch orders on Saturday or Sunday.

*An extra delivery charge of £7 applies to all shipping addresses with a post code beginning with:

AB31-38, AB40-56, BT, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-38, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH4-44, PH49-50 and ZE.

 

Delivery

United Kingdom

Orders up to 1kg in total weight (including packaging) will be dispatched via Royal Mail.

Orders over 1kg in total weight (including packaging) will be dispatched via our courier service UK Mail. Alternative courier services may be used when necessary.

Courier service deliveries may require a signature therefore it might be a good idea to enter a separate delivery address at the checkout stage if you’re not going to be home. i.e. work address or neighbours address.

Alternatively, instructions can be made to leave the consignment in a secure place however responsibility then becomes the customers.

 

International Destinations

DELIVERY TIMES

Expected delivery times:

  • UK Mainland (excluding Offshore Islands, Highlands and Northern Ireland): 1-4 working days depending on service
  • Offshore Islands, Highlands and Northern Ireland: 5-7 working days
